compiler: Fixed filter * ~ <pattern> crashing the query compiler when no eligible columns exist.
expression-builder: Fixed extract/convert/drop pills not appearing on correlation expression rows.
mcp: Fixed query card image generation not being recognized by MCP clients due to incorrect file type.
mcp: Improved OAuth consent screen UX when the redirect uses a custom URL scheme.
