Fast lane GA features
These features are generally available for all customers. Slow lane customers and tenants will have these features automatically enabled on July 15, 2026.
- ai: Claude Fable 5 (Sonnet) added as a model option for AI SRE.
- ai-sre: OPAL query cards in AI agent now available via MCP.
- opal: Autocomplete suggestions are now grouped into labeled sections for easier browsing.
- tags: Correlation tag inspection rail now shows enhanced tag details and richer appearance.
- trace-explorer: Provide Ask o11y button in the trace details to summarize the trace.
- trace-explorer: Provide Add columns button so you can show additional attributes in the Trace Explorer.
- trace-explorer: Introduces a new
traceInspectorRelatedLogsDatasetlayered setting that lets admins pick the initial landing Dataset for Trace Inspector's related-logs panel.
Slow lane GA features
These features are enabled for all slow lane customers and tenants today.
- ai-sre: Custom user-created skills for AI-SRE are now available.
- ai-sre: Observe skills (alert-investigation, analyze-trace, visualize-trace) are now exposed via the Observe MCP server for external MCP clients.
- ai-provider: Snowflake AI provider enabled globally — AI features now leverage Snowflake Cortex across all environments.
- apm: Automated APM content upgrades (breaking and non-breaking) enabled for all production clusters, with staggered rollout intervals for sensitive accounts.
- ai-sre: Native Knowledge Graph tools (tag/dataset/metric search) enabled for all customers, replacing legacy tools.
- tags: First-class tag filtering, correlation tag parameters, Dataset tags table, and dashboard tag pivots are now generally available for all production environments.
- vega: Chart legend rendering performance optimized — significantly reduces re-renders when hovering over legend items.
Public preview and private preview features
Private preview () features are available by invitation only. Public preview () features are available by inquiry.
- ai-screenshot-service: AI query card screenshot rendering now routes through the standalone screenshot service.
- ai-sre: Skill-based visualization generation for AI-SRE query cards.
- vega: Focus Series — click a series in a chart to isolate it.
Bug fixes
The following issues are fixed in this week's release:
- dashboards: Fixed per-card time range and linked group-by not being honored in chart queries (OB-61060)
- expression-builder: Fixed token under cursor not being replaced on autocomplete apply (OB-61408)
- expression-builder: Fixed OPAL filter editor error state not rendering correctly (OB-60722)
- service-explorer: Fixed "All environments" selection not persisting across navigation (OB-57583)
- trace-explorer: Fixed related logs filter selection not persisting in the trace inspector (OB-57692)
- worksheets: Fixed broken UI in the Export as Dashboard panel (OB-60466)
Coming soon
The following GA features are already available for fast lane customers, and will be enabled for slow lane customers and tenants next week.
- ai-sre: AI-SRE memory opt-in is now available for all customers — users can enable memory via the AI Settings page.
- datavis: DAG and force-directed charts now support a fill-and-outline node style with independently configurable border colors.
- monitors: Scheduled monitor previews now default to the last cron run time window instead of the generic 4-hour window.
- service-explorer: Duration subqueries are now split for faster loading of the catalog, service map, sparklines, and inspector tables.
- show-surrounding: "Show Surrounding" generates more precise OPAL with time-range filtering, deduplication, inherited filters, and row-count windowing
