Observasaurus: Monitors

Monitors are where Observe does alerting and correlation. In Observe, a monitor watches a dataset for a particular condition and sends an alert when it occurs. Monitors use Channels to determine where the alert is sent. A Monitor can be made from any streamable OPAL search using any combination of data. Datasets that are used in a Monitor are always accelerated and always fresh.
