Configure connections

Connect o11y AI Help to your Slack workspace, letting you interact with o11y from Slack.

1. Hover on your user name in the left navigation rail, then select Manage account.
2. Click Workspace settings.
3. Under Connections, click Add to Slack.
4. Click Allow to grant o11y AI Help access to your Slack workspace.

O11y Slack integration is not required to use Slack alerting from Monitors.
