Observe administrators can upload, download, or delete files using the Uploaded documents page. The uploaded files are also used by Observe’s o11y Slack’s integration, to share runbook knowledge about previous incidents with users who ask questions via o11y AI Help.

o11y AI can use additional context from text files when answering questions. This allows the system to use data and context specific to your organization. This data is always used in any o11y AI conversation if it is recognized as relevant.

Access the Uploaded documents page

Access the Uploaded documents page in any of the following ways:

• In the left navigation rail, select Admin > Uploaded documents.
• In the left navigation rail, hover on your user name, then select Manage account, then click Uploaded documents.
• Use to the following URL, replacing ${observe_tenant} with your Observe tenant ID:
