Observe system user

The Observe system user is an internal service account utilized by the Observe platform. Every Observe tenant automatically receives this system user (username: Observe System) with administrative privileges during the tenant provisioning process.

This account is employed internally (programmatically, not by individuals) to perform various backend tasks on behalf of our customers. When operations such as managing monitors, applying transforms, or executing API calls are triggered by customer actions, they are performed under the identity of this system user to ensure proper authorization within our backend systems. Importantly, this user has no password, and therefore, no one can directly log in as this account.
