Observe community forums
Join the Observe community forum to interact with the Observe community.
o11y AI assistant
Observe offers an intelligent in-product assistant, o11y, powered by GPT, to provide quick answers and guidance. Access to o11y features is controlled by your Observe administrator. If you don’t see them, please contact your administrator.
Click Help > AI Help in the left navigation rail to access o11y AI help.

Support portal
To access the support portal, select Help > Contact support from the left navigation rail, or navigate directly to the support portal using the following URL:
