Observe offers the following artificial intelligence (AI) services:

• AI SRE, to help you investigate incidents, debug slow or error-prone services, and summarize observability insights across logs, metrics, and traces all through natural language.
• MCP Server, to connect your agentic coding tools such as Cortex Code, Augment, Cursor, Claude Code, and Claude Desktop securely to your Observe tenant so they can investigate incidents, or explore logs, metrics or traces.
• Onboard data using AI, to use those connected tools to onboard data and instrument your applications with Observe's AI skills.
• o11y AI Help, to find answers in the Observe documentation.

Where does your data go?

Observe AI services are powered by Snowflake Cortex hosted models.

Your data may require some cross-region routing in order to access the available models. See Cross-region inference in the Snowflake documentation for more information.
